The final oil painting of Painting I.
We painted another still-life with more contrasting colors and materials.
The red glass bottle was intimidating at first, but that and the copper tea kettle are probably my favorite parts of the work!
I also used a diluted alizarin crimson base to prime the canvas this time since most of my work started with the ultramarine blue. I really enjoy how it peaks through the background.
